Be Winner of Life

We know that helping others does not depend on who they are whether they are worthy. Everyone has the basic right, or in other words, everyone should be respected and deserves to get help from others. Man does not have any specialty to gain God's mercy or love, but it is God's love and mercy that was freely given to man. And only because he has the wisdom and capability of salvation granted from the Lord, he is able to become a vessel, not only receiving grace from the Lord, but also becoming a blessing channel to others! Like the bible says in Ephesians, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2: 8-9)

Those familiar with Matthew chapter 20 verse 1-16 (The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard) know how unreliable a person is. One minute ago he might be grateful to others for helping him, the next minute he can judge others unjust. The fact is they simply do not know themselves and do not know what true righteousness is. If that's the case, how do we properly position ourselves and become the winners of life? Do we sacrifice justice for it? Do we pursue the wisdom of the world all our lives to satisfy our own needs? The Bible says, "If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.  If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing."(1 Corinthians 13: 2-3) Regarding love, 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8 has a clear description, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." In the many manifestations of love, if we are able to truly practice any one of them, we can become a blessing to others and make ourselves become a  real winner of life.

We know that oftentimes fancy words or noble acting in front of others is not necessary, but we do need to have a heart of love, continuing debt to love one another. Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. We all know that we are not worthy of God's mercy and love, because we always deviate from the will of God, but God is still the same using long suffering, kindness love and affection to love us, He drew us with bands of a man, with cords of love, in order to lead us back to His loving arm. Once we are touched by the love of God, we are willing to respond to His love. Once we know we are unworthy people who have the grace of God, then we will be able to willingly love everyone around us, hoping for everyone to receive the grace of God, and always bearing our mind thinking that God loves the people in the world and entrust us the ministry of making man reconcile with Him. What a grace we are the messengers of God?! Since we have such a wonderful grace, how do we keep doing God's will to become a winner of life? Respect everyone in our lives’ life. It's God's great love and will allow them to appear in our lives, either for purifying us, or opening our mind to understand God's good purpose. We know that all things are waiting for the day of redemption come, since we are the ones to first taste the good of the Lord, how to stay alert watching and praying the Lord's second coming and urging Him to come back earlier, how to taken part on the work of God, so that the number of predestinated to be saved people earlier to fill up, if we can be part of these things we just mentioned, how joyful and meaningful our life is! When the great judgement day comes, the Lord and His angels come from the clouds, the ones who hold onto their faith, hard-working and expecting His righteousness manifestation, what a blessing and joy that will be?!

Be a blessing to others. You know, whether it is in workplace or our daily living, we need to deal with people. Some people like this, some people like that, and that makes our lives full of fun and exciting. If everyone is the same, the life maybe tedious to everyone. Christ is our life. We are blessed in each other's own position working, studying and having peace in Christ Jesus.  We cannot say one person is more valuable or noble than another. If we need to compare for something, maybe we can say, there are some saints a little bit pure than others in their Christian life, or in the Lord's mercy some may be more willing to stay humble in order to serve others. Because if anyone loves God, God knows that man. When the Lord Jesus was on earth, He always warned his disciples not to judge others, lest themselves be judged in the  day of judgment! So no matter what people you encounter, ask yourself, how to become this person's blessing, and sincerely stretch out your hand to help those people in need, be winner of life, how can I really help you!

In the group become a stabilizer. In real situation at our work place, some are very well behavior themselves some are not. How to keep a team unite as one, how to let the team accommodate each other, encouraging and back up each other to reach the team goal, that need us we practicing team player spirit for each other and have the ability to carry out the true love. For those who are particularly selfish and narrow-minded stubborn people, we need to understood all the people including ourselves may have some disadvantage, so we need lift up our bar higher to ourselves and lower our standards to others, not only we can get over this ridge, but also let those self-center and strong minded people have the opportunity think and follow the example of your good deeds. You know if we can make people think and shame at their behavior in front of your good deeds, it is way better than your angry accusations and criticism of them. In fact, letting people's conscience awaken is more practical and effective. Please do remember, you are peacemaker. At all times do not forget to bear all things. In the work place or daily living, for those who prefer to show off, opportunistic people, if it does not affect the direction of the team goal, you should be the person who is happy to work behind the scenes to make sure the team reaches their goal. You may try to support and be willing to let others take the credit, even if you are the one who deserves it most. Please keep in mind, we are here in this life, this earth, all according to God's plan and purpose, we are here to help people to have peace with God, lighting up their way home! In fact, as a winner in life, sometimes you are not necessarily standing in the spotlight. More often you should be the person who is an inseparable team player. Just like family member, without father, mother and children, cannot say it is a perfect home, if you that have the ability, we should try your best to maintain a happy family. No matter what, family life without parents or children, you cannot say that's a perfect one. The point here is, are you valuable to your team that cannot afford to lose you?

Do not worry for tomorrow. We know that even the birds of the sky, flowers of fields, God will look after, not to mention we are people created according to His image? The Bible says, the love of money is the root of all evil, but those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. Look at the world around us, we know that this statement is true! Think of greedy and corrupted officials all over the world, you can see how terribly the foolish get trapped into devil's snare. These people piled up millions, millions or even billions unknown (under table) cash in their home, even hiding in the fish pond or somewhere else. The pity thing is, those corrupt people, not only they fear to let people know they have such a big amount of money, actually in their circumstance they are the people get cover by the government life time long. Just because they fall into devil's temptation, they get confused and mentally dimmed, so they do not know what they are doing. If you are a blessed people, do you feel you have the responsibility to preach the gospel to this kind of person, who is living and struggling in the darkness without hope and rest? Are you willing to preach Jesus Christ to them to bring them out of death prison? For the life of the winner, we need to know the needs of this age. Not just those who live ordinary lives need to have the grace of God and salvation, but the so-called family name prominent people need the gospel also. God bless you; let you realize how heavy the duty is. We need to preach the love of God, helping them to have the wisdom and knowledge, understanding the love of God, not just to those who are lonely and sorrow, but also to those who are called noblemen. God is fair to everyone. God's righteousness is not according to people's different situations or status, it's only according to God's own standard. Anyone who believes in Him, He gave the right to become children of God, and this is the only way you can gain God's love and mercy. A person should not worry about  tomorrow, he must believe and experience the love of God as not only true, but also you can experience richness of the God's love today, as soon as you touched by God's faithfulness, you will be able to joyfully be a faithful servant of God. Be winner of life, you put everything in God's hand!

God loves you. No matter when, no matter where, if we know and rejoice that God loves us and His angels encamp around us, we will not fear any evil from the demon in this world. God will lead us through all difficulties and obstacles, "You shall not be afraid of the night horror, or the arrow that flies by day; also afraid of pestilence that walketh in darkness, or destroy human virus disease midday A thousand shall fall at your side, people fell at your right hand, but the disaster will not come near you. "(Psalm 91: 5-7) As David declared in hardship, the "young lions lack, and suffer hunger, but they that seek the LORD want any good thing "(Psalm 34:10) God loves us and called us to a holy life – not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. He want us to receive the eternal blessing and become  His loved children! If you truly understand that God so cares for us, so treasures us, are we satisfied in this infinite bliss of divine love and no longer be spun among the world’s extravagance?  Are we no longer trying to make a historic track or mark in this corruptible world? Building house on the sand is a foolish behavior, but most of people acting just exactly like that! "For, 'All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall,  but the word of the Lord stands forever.' And this is the word that was preached to you.  "(1 Peter 1: 24-25).

May we always be the love of God, have David's confidence and certainty: "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.  He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.  Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.  "(Psalm 23:1-6)
